The Rotary Club of South Nowra was chartered on 10 June 1978, having been sponsored by the Rotary Club of Nowra. The Charter President was Bill Thompson and to his credit, Bill was elected President again in the 30th year of the club 2008-09.
The club meets on Mondays - 6.00pm for 6.30pm at the Shoreline Restaurant (Parkhaven Motor Inn) cnr Kinghorne and Douglas Street Nowra.
The South Nowra club consists of 33 male and female members across a wide variety of vocations and interests. Each contributes their time and effort to achieve the club goals.
The 2010-2011 Board is led by John Armstrong. He follows Michael Temby, the 2009-2010 club President.
